How long does it take to get my order?

In general, all orders take about 7-10 days to ship out. This is a one-woman shop (woohoo) and I’m doing my best to design, embroider, print, and pack quality products as efficiently as I can. I appreciate your patience and understanding (and the fact that you choose to support a small business!) 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. I'm still figuring out the processes and want to make sure you get the same smooth experience as customers in the US. 

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you live.

 

Do you do custom apparel?

As of right now, I'm unable to offer custom print/embroidery sweatshirts. Stay in touch and get connected on social media for updates!

 

What is your return policy?

At this time, all items are final sale. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to blygoop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so I may address any issues & concerns. In your email, please include your order number, a picture of the item you received and a description of what is wrong with the order. 

 

Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?

Once an order is made, no changes can be made. This includes item selection, personal information, addresses, etc. Please be sure of your size, color, and double check the correct address before placing an order. No cancellations are allowed at this time.
